Below is a list of updates/renovations/upgrades in chronological. This home was lovingly updated over the course of the last 15 years with over 200K in renovations and updates throughout each level. In 2019 a new driveway was installed, along with new insulation in the upper level eves and extensive garage work including the replacement of one side and the scraping/sanding painting of the garage in its entirety.
